We will have a conversation to figure out your plan and to arrange the best trip for you.

Expect 3 payments:

  • A non-refundable trip plan fee with a signed contract will lock in the dates requested.
    • If dates do change prior to reservations made, then this will be credit to future plan.
  • The bulk of expenses will be paid prior to any reservations made or tickets purchased.
  • A final payment adjustment will occur after the trip. The reason for this is since the budget is not 100% fixed until after the trip this gives leeway for any over budget or under budget items to be resolved.
Also, a signed Waiver of liability to be obtained.

Expect all expenses to be paid for the travel companion and a day rate which is dependent on the needs you will be requesting. We will work closely together on the budget and trip plans that are best suited to your requests.
